Pattaya Airport. U-Tapao International Airport
There has been talks of expanding U-Tapao international airport for many years, but finally the plans are taking place now.
Previously there was only one main airline (Bangkok Airway) which operated scheduled domestic flights from the airport to Phuket, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai, but now we have two more airlines which have confirmed they will be operator scheduled flights from U-Tapao international airport with Kan Air being the main domestic operator flying to 7 domestic destinations.
Air Asia have confirmed the first international destination connecting U-Tapao to KL and with many more international destinations on the way.
