Other amenities include a dedicated kids club room, games room (with table tennis/table football and arcade games) and a gymnasium (all of which are located on the Ground Floor in Building 4). So let’s finally get down to the brass taxes i.e. how does this whole scheme work? And why would it be an attractive investment proposition?
Essentially you’d be buying a hotel suite (much like any other condo) with a freehold title, however if you’re looking to purchase one of these hotel suites for personal use, then this investment is not for you. Whereas, if you’re looking to invest into an income generating rental investment property, without the associated management headaches, then this may prove to be the ideal investment for you.
