The Urban Pattaya is comprised of 237 units spread across 3 low-rise, 8 story buildings and is situated on a prime 3 Rai/4,800 Square Meter plot of land alongside Soi 15, Pattaya 2nd Road in central Pattaya. Buildings A & B are referred to as “The Urban”, whereas building C is meant to be a premium building, and as such is referred to as “The Urban Suites”.
Building C, or more specifically “The Urban Suites” features both a ground and rooftop pool and is situated towards the front of the development, and as such has direct street access.
