Seven Seas Le Carnival is a Brazilian carnival themed condominium project which is situated on a prime 10 Rai – 1 Ngan – 24 Sq.Wah / 16,500 Square Meter plot of land alongside Soi Wat Boom Kanchana in Jomtien and is approximately 1.4 Kilometers away from Jomtien Beach.
