The Developer of Sea Zen is the “Sisaran Group Co.,Ltd” who under the leadership of their CEO, Mr. Lawrence Knowles is fast becoming one of the most prolific and arguably most successful Developers in the local Bang Saray area. Other projects by the “Sisaran Group Co.,Ltd” include “Sea Saran” and “Mirage” which were both completed in 2018 and 2020 respectively. Whilst the construction of “Econdo” which is their 4th project to date, which should not be confused with their latest project “Eco Resort” due to their similarity in names is on track to be completed by the end of 2021. Whereas “Eco Resort” which is the Developers 5th project to date is a unique hotel investment opportunity with both guaranteed rental returns and a generous profit sharing scheme, which has only just been officially launched in Qtr 4, 2020 and is presently at the off-plan stage with construction being expected to begin in mid to late 2022.
