The Riviera Group, Pattaya’s top award-winning developer, has launched The Riviera Malibu Residences, which is their 6th project to date under the “Riviera” brand name, and perhaps more importantly the best equipped (in terms of top-tier communal facilities) to date. In my opinion, the defining characteristic of this project (i.e. what really sets this apart from the other Riviera projects) is the sheer amount of top-tier communal facilities on offer. In my opinion, this will be the best Riviera project to date thanks to the projects impressive list of amenities and optional hotel-like commercial services.
