Arom Jomtien is situated on a prime (+/-) 2.5 Rai/4,000 Sq.M plot of land alongside Jomtien Beach Road with the picturesque beaches of Jomtien and the famous Jomtien Night Market which is frequented by locals and tourists alike being literally on your doorstep. The project is the second to be launched under the “Arom” brand by Colours Development Co.,Ltd.
The intention behind the “Arom” brand is to target the ultra-luxurious sector with the first project being Arom WongAmat which is currently under construction, whilst Arom Jomtien is presently at the off-plan stage with construction expected to start in Qtr 1, 2023 and is scheduled to be completed in Qtr 2, 2026.

Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 315 ultra-luxurious apartments ranging from entry level 32.79 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom followed by even larger 38.81 Sq.M to 47.47 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom units and even larger 64.85 Sq.M to 84.04 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom units spread across a single 45 story high-rise residential tower together with a separate 2 story commercial building which has already been pre-built and now serves as both the showroom and a commercial coffee shop called “Rabbit in the Moon Coffee Atelier”.
